Description

Top Flash is a topcoat without a tacky layer, enriched with fine holographic glitters.

It can be applied over any gel polish or directly on the base and various builder layers.

Thanks to its self-leveling formula and medium density, it corrects minor surface imperfections. Scratch-resistant and lasts up to 4 weeks.
