Description

A mandrel bit is designed for attaching sanding bands. In combination with a sanding band, the mandrel bit is a versatile tool for removing the shine from natural nails or smoothing artificial products.

Choose the appropriate grit size of the sanding band for the desired application:

  • 120 grit: For smoothing artificial products.
  • 180 grit: For smoothing old artificial products or blending with the natural nail.
  • 240 grit: For removing the shine from natural nails.

Ensure that nails are clean and dry before using the mandrel bit.

Set the e-file speed to approximately 5,000 to a maximum of 15,000 RPM.

Apply consistent pressure while filing for a smooth and even finish.

Keep the mandrel bit in motion to prevent overheating and damage to the nail, just like with any other bit.

Clean and disinfect the mandrel bit after use, and replace the sanding band after each treatment for optimal hygiene.
