For manicure scissors, it’s important to disinfect and sterilize them after each treatment to remove viruses and bacteria from the scissors, preventing spread. ANOLE manicure scissors are resistant to all types of disinfection and sterilization. Before heat treatment, remove all moisture and dirt from the surface of the instrument, and ensure that the hinge point of the scissors is cleaned and dried thoroughly.

Tips & Tricks:

  • Only trim cuticles and dead skin, and avoid cutting healthy skin to prevent wounds and potential infections.
  • Use a cleaned/disinfected pair of scissors for each client. It is unhygienic to use the same pair of scissors for different clients throughout the day.
  • If you use these scissors for other purposes, such as templates, the optimal functionality for removing dead skin cells may be reduced. Therefore, we recommend using separate scissors: one for templates and one specifically for manicures.
  • Before heat treatment, remove all moisture and dirt from the surface of the instrument and ensure the hinge point is thoroughly cleaned and dried.
  • Always adhere to the recommended time and concentration of disinfectants to avoid damaging the steel and causing rust.
