Professional magnetic topcoat with cat-eye effect, enriched with fine silver microglitters for a spectacular metallic effect. Use a magnet to achieve creative results and create various shades.
HEMA-free formula and no tacky layer.
Apply thinly, activate the pigments with the magnet, and cure under a LED lamp for 60 seconds.
